These are illustrative workflows, not customer testimonials or claims of measured results.
01 / CREATORSKeep a copy of your own published video
Suppose you want to revisit a video you previously posted to Xiaohongshu. Paste that post’s link, confirm the title, and play the result before saving a copy to your device. This gives you a reference for later editing or reviewing your work. Keep your original production file too, if you still have it: a downloaded version may have different quality, and a saved result is not a promise of permanent access after the original post changes.
Your workflow: your post → preview the video → save a local copy
02 / CONTENT PLANNINGReview photos you have permission to use
If a creator has allowed you to use a Xiaohongshu photo post, analyze its link and inspect the returned image count. Move through the numbered photos to compare composition and select the particular image you need, then download it as a JPG. Photo support is experimental, so some posts may not be available. Keep a separate record of the creator’s permission and source: the download result does not document your licence or grant new usage rights.
Your workflow: permitted photo post → select an image → download JPG
03 / SELLERS & TEAMSReturn to a collection of product references
For several product videos you created or have permission to use, sign in and analyze the links one after another. Your account’s recent results make it easier to return to the right item using its title and time. When you need to submit several links together, open the batch workspace and check your plan’s access and limits. Review each item’s outcome there; a completed batch can still contain individual failures that need attention.
Your workflow: check several links → open your account → revisit a result
